A Community for Every Season of Life

Life looks different in every season — whether you're starting a career, raising a family, navigating an empty nest, or stepping into retirement. At Second Baytown, adults of every age find community, grow in faith, and discover their next step alongside others walking similar paths.

People in Every Stage of Life

Adult groups are designed so people in every stage of life can find connection. Whether you’re navigating young adulthood, raising a family, building a career, or entering retirement, you can build friendships and grow spiritually alongside others walking similar paths.

Young Adults

Young adults stepping into college, work, or early independence can build friendships and grow spiritually alongside others in the same season of life.

Men & Women

Men and women each have their own place to grow at Second. BetterMan creates space for honest conversation and real-life faith. Table Talk gives women friendships and Scripture across every season. Come find your people.

Couples and Families

Many groups bring together couples and families who want to grow spiritually while building lasting friendships with others raising children and building strong homes.

Singles

Empty Nesters

Adults entering a new stage after raising children often find renewed purpose in mentoring others and building meaningful relationships.

Senior Adults

Retirees and grandparents continue growing in faith while encouraging younger generations through wisdom, friendship, and shared life experience.

Groups Throughout the Week

The primary way adults build relationships at Second Baytown is through Groups. These gatherings meet in homes and church spaces across the Baytown area throughout the week, helping people connect, grow spiritually, and build lasting friendships.

Weekly Small Groups

Small Groups typically include 4–15 people who meet weekly to study Scripture, pray together, and build genuine friendships. Groups meet in homes, classrooms, and community spaces across the Baytown area.

Young Adult Groups

Groups designed specifically for college-age adults and young professionals meet weekly to build friendships and grow spiritually together.

Couples and Stage-of-Life Groups

Some groups are organized around specific life stages such as newly married couples, families with young children, or adults in their 30s and 40s.

Multi-Generational Groups

Other groups intentionally include people from multiple life stages, creating opportunities for encouragement, mentorship, and community across generations.

Spanish-Speaking Groups

Spanish-speaking groups gather in their own language to connect, study Scripture, build friendships, and grow in faith alongside others walking the same journey.

And More...

New groups form throughout the year around shared interests, life stages, and needs — if you don't see what you're looking for, reach out and we'll help you find it.
